About Alberta Electronic Music

Alberta Electronic Music was founded by Isis Graham, Andrew Williams, and Matt Carter in the Spring of 2016.

The Alberta Electronic Music Conference (AEMCON) is a one-of kind experience for music producers, DJs, and those that work and create in the world of electronic music. We're a multi-day conference aimed at inspiring and elevating Canada's electronic music scene and the people that make it possible. Combining insight from international headliners, workshops by industry veterans, panel discussions, mixers, and night-life events, this event was created by music lovers for music lovers.

The 2017 Alberta Electronic Music Conference takes place from November 16-19th, in Calgary, Alberta. Hosted at the incredible Studio Bell, home of the National Music Centre, AEMCON will bring together over 50 speakers and acts for a weekend of learning, networking, and celebrating Canada's growing electronic music scene. Over 4 nights and 3 days, attendee's will have access to some of Canada's leading talent in Calgary's leading clubs and learning facilities.
